The Appeals Chamber of the International Special Tribunal in Lebanon in the case of the bombing that led to the death of Prime Minister Rafik Hariri has unanimously annulled the verdict of acquittal of Hassan Habib Merhi and Hussein Hassan Oneissi, who are accused of involvement in the bombing and belong to Hezbollah.

It declared them guilty beyond reasonable doubt in relation to the charges against them, and issued arrest warrants for them.
