Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati will face a difficult task in assigning governmental portfolios because his path will not be paved, and political forces will not help him, either by refusing to participate in the last government of President Michel Aoun’s era or by asking others for a balanced and “inflated” share to obtain future gains.

Aside from political problems, if we use the scientific foundation for representative distribution, each bloc of four deputies is entitled to be represented by a minister if the cabinet has 30 ministers.
