Did Nasrallah accuse the army of collaborating with the Americans? Are there any American officers in Yarzeh?

The Lebanese state remained silent and contented itself with taking note of the Security Council’s statement, but the response came from the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, on behalf of the Lebanese state.

On the demand for disassociation from self, for example, Nasrallah hinted at Hezbollah’s readiness to defend Iran if it were exposed to war, and to implement international resolutions, including those which stipulate its disarmament, a response emphasizing the right of the resistance to possess any weapon to confront Israeli threats, and to the destabilizing Iranian influence in the region, Nasrallah responded announcing the existence of subversive American influence in Lebanon.

It was not surprising that he attacked the American embassy, and this is not new, but what was remarkable was that he aimed at the Lebanese army and put it in the category of “agent” because the American ambassador visits Yarzeh very often, as he said, and because American officers are there.

While Nasrallah was contemplating self-determination and the path, the head of state, Michel Aoun, replaced his lack of decision with a moral dose of chants of his supporters on the sidelines of the Saint Maron mass.
