In the first Emirati comment on Nasrallah’s speech, the Deputy Chief of Dubai Police, Lieutenant-General Dhahi Khalfan, in a series of tweets, described Nasrallah as “a hateful enemy of the Arabs,” saying that he is “the most dangerous figure on Arab national security.”

He added that if Hassan Nasrallah is eliminated, the affliction that afflicts the Arab nation will be ended, pointing out that no occasion comes without Nasrallah’s slander against the Arabs, cursing them, supporting their opponents, and bragging about their hostility.

He concluded: “He must be arrested and brought to justice. Hassan Nasrallah raises generations to hate the Arab nation, and takes advantage of their poverty by paying them salaries, calling on Arab intelligence to realize the reality of its danger to the safety and stability of their countries”.
