On the occasion of Easter, a tiny village in western Germany held a hard-boiled egg-throwing event, reviving an annual custom that had been discontinued for the previous two years due to the advent of the epidemic.

Hundreds of participants of all ages participated in throwing boiling eggs as far as they could without breaking them in a pleasant and entertaining setting.

It is worth noting that the thirty-fourth edition of this tournament was not restricted to the people of the town, but also included a number of refugees who fled from Ukraine as a result of Russia’s attack on their nation.
