After the government’s approval of the draft general budget yesterday, and referring it to the House of Representatives in preparation for ratification, the appointments that were issued through the decisions of the Council of Ministers sparked a new crisis, after the Speaker of the House of Representatives considered them a violation of the conditions for the return of the second Shiite ministers to the government.
