Giant horse march in Belgium

Tens of thousands of people flocked to a Belgian town to follow the traditional march of a giant horse, made of wood and iron, more than four meters high, weighing one ton, led by twelve men, and mounted by four children.

The huge horse walked among the crowd to the beat of music, applause and cheers, accompanied by a group of giant geometric figures and people in fancy costumes.

This traditional activity, which is organized once every ten years, and was previously placed by UNESCO on the list of intangible cultural heritage, was supposed to be organized in the year 2020, but it has been absent in the past two years due to the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, and it will return next time in 2030.
