Recently, there have been voices calling for the necessity of dealing with the central reserve, and implicitly gold, as the last remaining repository, in an attempt to save the situation in Lebanon.
On the other hand, others consider that there is no point in financing a state that suffers from waste, bankruptcy and corruption without a comprehensive reform plan. So, can Lebanon benefit from its gold reserves to solve its crisis?
