Hezbollah assassinates Judge Bitar’s Justice, then walks in the funeral

The situation has become more obvious now, but unfortunately the street has shattered as a result of Hezbollah’s threat letters addressed to Judge Bitar through Wafiq Safa’s visit to the Palace of Justice.

Hezbollah’s war launched against Judge Bitar has expanded across social media platforms, with the hashtag #BitarBadoGhyar (which means Bitar should be ousted), despite the fact that Judge Bitar has yet to complete the investigation and deliver any judgment.

According to SBI sources, the party was “fed up” because of the Director of the Port Hassan Koraytem’s statements that changed and pointed fingers at the party.

The party was mildly perturbed by the issuance of an arrest order in absentia against former minister Youssef Fenianos, the party’s close ally.

Hezbollah’s interests were also served by the dismissal lawsuit filed by Former Minister Nohad Al Machnouk. In fact, it was filed before an ineffective court, the Court of Appeal. Therefore, legally talking, the dismissal is null and invalid pursuant to Article 120, but it will obstruct and delay the investigation process in order to restore immunity to the deputies.

Subsequently, the Attorneys at-Law of Major General Abbas Ibrahim published a statement accusing the Judge of populism…

Except for the Army Commander, Jean Kahwaji, not a single official have appeared before the Judge till present. Other high-ranking officials are doing everything they can to avoid being slashed by the weapon of justice.
