Hezbollah has seized the Lebanese state, says Charles Jabbour

Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz affirmed that the Kingdom stands by the brotherly Lebanese people, and urged all Lebanese leaders to prioritize their people’s interests and work to achieve the brotherly Lebanese people’s security, stability, and prosperity, as well as to end Hezbollah’s terrorist hegemony over the state’s joints.

King Salman hoped that Iran would modify its hostile policies and behavior in the area and move toward dialogue and collaboration during his annual speech at the commencement of the second year of the ninth session of the Saudi Shura Council.

“We are watching with great concern the Iranian regime’s policy of destabilizing regional security and stability, including the establishment and support of sectarian and armed militias, the systematic deployment of its military capabilities in the region, and its refusal to cooperate with the international community regarding its nuclear program and ballistic missile development,” he said.

We’re also looking into the Iranian regime’s assistance for the terrorist Houthi militia in Yemen, which is prolonging the conflict, exacerbating the humanitarian situation, and endangering the Kingdom’s and region’s security.

Charles Jabbour, the head of the Lebanese Forces party’s communications and media department, joined us to discuss this issue.
