“Installments in fresh dollars are illegal,” says Karen Abdel Nour

After universities, it is the schools’ turn. As if the clutches of dollarization will not provide a portion of its evil. Talks about forcing private schools to pay tuition fees, in whole or in part, in dollars, starting from the next academic year, is intensifying. And with it, additional clouds fall in the sky over the educational sector, which, if there is any hope remaining in this country, is one of its pillars. Schools, teachers, parents and students alike are blown away by the unknown. The next few months, it seems, will be pivotal. And the educational summer will be hot.
