No matter how inventive Lebanese food is, it will not offer you a wonderful flavor until you put in the effort, cleaning, rubbing, and design innovation. The Lebanese “kibbeh” is just like “Jad,” the young Lebanese guy who returned to the  Cedars and Ehden after leaving the Gulf sun.

The kibbeh, which begins with meat and grain and concludes with thousands of varieties, is as different as the Lebanese in their cultures and affinities.
