General Manager of Mecattaf Holding Group, and publisher of Nidaa Al-Watan newspaper Michel Mecattaf has passed away at the age 53.

Mecattaf has died of a heart attack while practicing his skiing hobby in Faraya, and was moved to St. George Hospital in Ajaltoun.

Al-Youm News Agency quoted reliable sources saying that Mecattaf was alone and was found thanks to the mobile phone identification technology, denying all rumors about the causes of death.
