A beauty contest for female soldiers was organized in Russia, called “Beauty Behind Military Camouflage”, after the launch of military operations in Ukraine.

Forty contestants participated in the first stage of the competition, some of them from the Russian Strategic Missile Forces. The British newspaper, “Mirror”, quoted the website of the “Red Star” military magazine, that the first stage of the competition was to appear in combat make-up, in which the female soldiers in the chemical warfare department were distinguished, without revealing the identity of the winner of this competition.
