Pine nuts are one of the best types of nuts that are loaded with many health benefits.
It contributes to maintaining the hormonal health of the body because it is rich in zinc and magnesium and helps transport and store oxygen because it contains a high percentage of iron.
The American study added that pine nuts are full of healthy fats, dietary fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that protect the heart, and unsaturated fats which help increase insulin sensitivity. This is reflected positively on diabetic patients.
