Poor Beirut vegetation, poor Beirut!

It is Beirut’s heart; it is the capital’s sole remaining green place where citizens may breathe, promenade, exercise, and walk. Beirut has devolved into a jumble of concrete structures devoid of vegetation. Hikers’ trash and filth strewn on the woodland floor. What is the best approach to end this? Are they members of a gang? And how can the authorities tasked with preventing embarrassment put a stop to it? Is this a feasible option? Is there any authority here anyway?

We have so many questions…
