Shisha and cigarettes queues

Sawt Beirut International reporter Sarah Shehadeh showed another type of queue in Sidon, this time the queue in front of a shop selling shisha and cigarettes, after queues in front of gas stations and bakeries.

A citizen said, “The queue is caused by people’s fear of the smoke being cut off.” Another said, “we’ve been waiting since eight o’clock in the morning, and every seller sells for the price he likes, many types of smoke cut off.”

A citizen complained about losing all his belongings in Lebanon, and said, “we have to wait in queues for anything, if we find what we need. Everything has increased in price and officials don’t care.”
