“Some political discourses have reached immoral levels,” says Elias Zoghbi

Electoral discourses swarmed in the last hours to push people to go to the polls in big numbers to pick between two programs.

The first is through which opposition parties and the forces of change are waging the battle to liberate the state and its institutions from the hegemony of Hezbollah’s weapons and Iranian influence in the country, and the second through which Hezbollah is fighting “The battle to consolidate this power in solidarity and integration with the “Free Patriotic Movement,” whose leader, Gebran Bassil, launched a fierce campaign yesterday from Baabda in the face of Hezbollah’s Christian opponents, reaching the point of attacking everyone who says there is an “Iranian occupation” in Lebanon.
