The House of Representatives defended Hassan Diab with a book tainted by violations

Every time the judicial investigator, Tariq Al-Bitar, decides to summon a member of the authority for investigation, the process of searching for legal aberrations begins to throw the judge’s decision off the ground and withdraw this powers.

When Al-Bitar issued a warrant against President Diab, the Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, Adnan Daher, alerted and sent a letter on August 26 to the Discriminatory Public Prosecution in which he questioned the powers of this procedure and based on the articles 70-71-80 of the Lebanese Constitution.

Do these constitutional articles apply to the measure taken by Al-Bitar?

In the book, it is indicated that the prime minister has constitutional immunity.

Does Diab have a certain immunity?

The book was sent directly from the House of Representatives to the Discriminatory Public Prosecution, bypassing the Minister of Justice, so who has the right to address the forensic investigator?

Did Judge Al-Bitar make a mistake in the way he summoned the Prime Minister?

What is the purpose of withdrawing the authority of the Judicial Council and giving it to the Supreme Council trial for ministers and presidents?
