Ukrainian forces are still holding out and resisting the all-out Russian offensive to take control of a devastated wasteland that Moscow has made the main target of its invasion in recent days.

Both sides said that Russian forces now control between a third and a half of the city of SEFIRO DO NITSIK.

Fighting is raging in the city, but Russian forces are not advancing quickly. Ukraine says Russia has destroyed all of the city’s vital infrastructure with relentless bombardment, followed by successive waves of ground attacks that have resulted in large numbers of casualties.
