This afternoon’s meeting, which brought together MP Walid Jumblatt, former Minister Talal Arslan, and former Minister Wiam ‎Wahhab, ended in Khaldeh.

At the end of the meeting, the conferees pointed out that “the living concern of the Lebanese requires the highest levels of readiness and immediate action to control the situation to avoid tragedies. The entrance to this is to assume national responsibility through the formation of a new government. We can only salute the spirit of solidarity and cooperation among the people of the mountain. We thank the expatriates with the help of their families and appeal to them to continue”.

The conferees valued the Palestinians’ defense of their land, which is an important hope in this dark phase, and demanded to form a government as soon as possible.
