The “wolf moon” phenomenon decorated the sky from Monday evening until dawn on Wednesday, as was the custom in January of each year.

Spectacular scenes were captured from around the world for the first full moon in 2022, which has a brightness of more than ninety-nine percent.

The “wolf moon” phenomenon occurs when the full moon reaches the closest point of the moon to the Earth in its monthly orbit, and this phenomenon is one of the six astronomical phenomena witnessed in January annually, with the last one to occur on the twenty-ninth of it when the moon is associated with Mars.
