At least ten people were killed and 35 were injured in rocket attacks by Russian forces on the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, on Tuesday, according to Interior Ministry adviser Anton Herashchenko in a social media post.

“The rubble is being cleaned, and there will be more victims and injured,” he said.
