The Health Ministry affiliated with Hamas announced on Saturday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 20,258 since the start of the war.
In a statement, the ministry reported, “The casualties of the Israeli aggression have risen to 20,258 martyrs and 53,688 injuries.” A majority of the casualties are civilians, with 201 reported deaths in the past 24 hours alone.
