According to a Reuters witness, dozens of diplomats from the European Union (EU), the United States, and Britain stormed out of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s speech to the top U.N. human rights conference on Tuesday.

Lavrov was speaking virtually to the United Nations Human Rights Council after canceling his visit earlier owing to what the Russian delegation in Geneva alleged on Monday were EU governments impeding his flight path.
