Germany welcomed the “clear” language of the United States about Russia, according to its Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, Thursday, after US President Joe Biden described his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, as a “murderer.”

Maas said: “Since the Biden administration took power, it was clear through the conversations we had with the various representatives that a clear language would be used in Washington about Russia. In particular, Joe Biden proved it. ”
