The regional governor stated on Tuesday that Ukraine shelled the town of Klintsy in the southern Bryansk region of Russia overnight; however, there were no injuries or property damage.
Governor Alexander Bogomaz said on Telegram, “The missile was destroyed as a result of the activity of the air defense systems of the Russian Armed Forces; some components impacted the territory of an industrial zone.”
A 60,000-person town called Klintsy is located roughly 45 kilometers (28 miles) from the Ukrainian border.
