Hungary opens humanitarian corridor for people fleeing Russian invasion in Ukraine

The Hungarian foreign minister said on Friday that Hungary will provide a humanitarian corridor for people of third-party nations leaving Ukraine, allowing them to enter without a visa and transporting them to the nearest airport, Debrecen.

In a video shared on his Facebook page, Peter Szijjarto also stated that the passage from Ukraine was continuous at five crossing locations, but that automobiles had to queue for up to 3-5 kilometers on the Ukrainian side.
