Hungary would accept all European Union sanctions against Russia and will not obstruct anything, Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated on the Ukrainian-Hungarian border on Saturday.

“Hungary has made it plain that we support all sanctions, therefore we will not obstruct anything,” he told reporters in English. “Whatever the prime ministers of the European Union can agree on, we embrace and support,” he said.

“This is the time to unify, it’s a war,” he stated, emphasizing the need of peace efforts.
