According to an Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, if talks to revive the agreement succeed, the US should provide guarantees that Washington will not abandon Tehran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers.

“The US should demonstrate its capability and willingness to provide guarantees that it will not abandon the deal again if the talks to resurrect the deal succeed,” Saeed Khatibzadeh said at a virtual news conference.
