Negotiations to resurrect Iran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers will fail unless US President Joe Biden guarantees that Washington will not abandon the pact again, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council chief tweeted on Wednesday.

“Because he lacks authority, the US President is unwilling to provide guarantees.” If the current status quo holds, the outcome of negotiations will be clear,” Ali Shamkhani tweeted.
