Jordan TV, quoting King Abdullah II of Jordan, reported that the United States has a leading pivotal leadership role in enhancing the security and stability of the region, and it is encouraging to see the renewed commitment of US President Joe Biden to its engagement on the international scene.

Regarding the Palestinian issue, the Jordanian King stressed that there is no alternative to the two-state solution, and that continuous unilateral steps will kill the chances for peace.
