According to a spokeswoman for Libya’s Presidency Council, Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush has been suspended for “administrative infractions” and prevented from traveling.

Najwa Wahiba, the spokesperson, acknowledged the validity of a document circulating on social media ordering Mangoush’s suspension for conducting foreign policy without consulting the council.
