Lukashenko says units are at bases, but Belarus could mobilise in 2-3 days

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said on Tuesday that none of his country’s military forces had left their bases, but that the country could mobilize in two to three days if there was a threat, according to the state-run Belta news agency.

On Tuesday, Russia advised Kyiv citizens to evacuate their homes and rained missiles down on Kharkiv, as Russian commanders altered tactics to increase the assault of Ukrainian towns after failing to secure a fast triumph.
