As the largest casino centre in the world strives for a return to normalcy, Macau’s authorities said on Wednesday that visitors might enter the neighboring mainland Chinese city of Zhuhai without being subject to quarantine.
Tuesday saw the reopening of public services and leisure venues in Macau, a special administrative territory of China.
People leaving Macau for Zhuhai must have a certificate that shows a negative COVID-19 test within the past 24 hours and take further two tests within three days of arriving in the Chinese city, the government said in a statement.
