Myanmar’s Aung San Suu Kyi appeared before the court on Tuesday, a day after a non-appearance due to illness, appearing relieved but still “slightly dizzy,” according to her lawyer.
Suu Kyi, 76, was unable to appear in court on Monday owing to dizziness and drowsiness caused by motion sickness while being driven to court, according to her legal team. She has been charged with several offenses since her removal in a Feb. 1 military coup.
