Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Wednesday that the Russian military would consider NATO transport vehicles carrying weapons in Ukraine as targets to be destroyed, according to the RIA news agency.

Shoigu also stated that the Ukrainian fighters imprisoned in Mariupol’s sprawling Azovstal plant were kept under secure blockade after President Vladimir Putin ordered that they be hermetically sealed off.
