According to a Reuters witness, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived after a flight to Turkey’s southern city of Antalya on Wednesday, ahead of planned talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba on Thursday.

The meeting would be the first between the top diplomats of the two countries since Russia invaded Ukraine two weeks ago.
