According to Russian news agencies quoting the region’s governor, Russian air defenses barred a Ukrainian aircraft from entering the Bryansk region on Saturday, and as a result, shelling struck sections of an oil facility and neighboring terrain.

“There are no casualties,” the governor, Alexander Bogomaz, was quoted as saying by the RIA news agency. He also stated that a logistics facility at the port had been destroyed.
