Suhail al-Mazrouei, UAE Energy Minister, stated on Monday that he expects an oil supply surplus in the first quarter of 2022, ruling out the likelihood of oil prices exceeding $100 per barrel.

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Russia, and their allies, known as OPEC+, will examine fundamentals to decide the rate of output increases, Mazrouei added.
