Britain said on Thursday that it has reached an agreement with Nigeria to collaborate on combating illegal migration and expediting the repatriation of foreign criminals.

The administration, which has drawn criticism for its recently announced collaboration with Rwanda to transport asylum seekers there, stated that the pact with Nigeria will also boost “common bilateral economic interests.”
