Ukraine has lost the capacity to exist as a country and has become a US colony, Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.

“Ukraine is no longer viable as a country. Ukraine has been occupied by NATO, and the country has become a US colony. Kiev has been receiving commands from Washington, and Ukrainian forces are being guided by the Pentagon,” he said.

According to Volodin, the Kiev regime cannot honor its social commitments to its citizens or pay wages and pensions on its own.

“The country’s financial system is ruined, while it has to pay over $100 billion in debt. Interest on loans has been growing on a daily basis,” he concluded.
