Four people were killed and at least five others were injured on Tuesday when Russian rounds hit a residential building and private residences, according to local Ukrainian officials.
According to Serhiy Lysak, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk area, a five-story building in the southern town of Nikopol was struck in the morning.
“A man who was 63 years old died. Two women, sixty-three and sixty-five, were hurt. “Perhaps there are human remains beneath the debris,” he posted on Telegram Messenger.
