Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held talks on Tuesday with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers meeting in Matera, Italy.
Talks focused on the strategic partnership between Riyadh and Washington and ways to boost them in all fields.
They also tackled ways to bolster joint coordination to confront Iran’s destabilizing meddling in the region and to dry up the sources of funding of the Iran-backed Houthi militias in Yemen and other terrorist extremist groups that threaten international security and peace.
