On Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Washington is going to continue working together with local partners to put pressure on Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro’s government “to return the country to democracy peacefully.”
Blinken also commented on Biden’s “continuing support for the human rights of the Cuban people” in his remarks to a conference on Latin America.
