The Russian missile strikes on the western Ukrainian city of Lviv this morning resulted in a significant number of fatalities and injuries, as well as substantial material damage to civilian and military facilities.

The city of Lviv, which had previously been spared bombardment, was exposed to a series of Russian missile attacks, and several missiles fell near the railway station’s facilities, although without inflicting damage or interfering with train movement.

Furthermore, Ukraine has halted the evacuation of residents from front-line cities and towns in the country’s east, alleging Russian forces of obstructing and bombing humanitarian routes.
