The source continued that the scenarios of overthrowing the parliamentary elections are in the preparation process, awaiting the timing of their announcement. The reforms requested by the International Monetary Fund are not materialized, and the shy leaks about the visit of the French diplomat, Pierre Duquesne, the Special Coordinator for International Aid to Lebanon, confirms that he has adjusted his plan.

The source pointed out that there are several factors that will contribute to this postponement, including those related to the international concerns with the war on Ukraine and the Iranian nuclear file. However, matters depend on the results of the five-year meeting held by the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in “Israel” in which the Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, and Morocco will participate in. Perhaps this is what prompted the Iranian foreign minister to visit Lebanon and meet with the “Islamic Jihad” and “Hamas” movements, the military arms of Tehran, and this matter raises many questions if there are Iranian directives to prepare for all scenarios, including security.

On the internal level, there are many obstacles, the most prominent of which are related to the diplomatic corps, the retreat of ambassadors and the failure to decide on diplomatic formations.
