On holidays occasion … Tight security measures in various Lebanese regions

The Army Command – Orientation Directorate issued the following statement:
On the glorious holidays occasion, the army units began implementing strict security measures in various Lebanese regions, to protect religious places and secure the movement of shopping and tourist, commercial and economic facilities. The army command calls on citizens to respond to the security measures taken, in order to preserve public safety and public order in the country.
On the other hand, health measures were also taken at the level of clubs, nightclubs, bars and restaurants to avoid a new wave of Corona virus.
The Governor of Beirut, Judge Marwan Abboud, issued a statement to the investors of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and discos within the city of Beirut, which stated:
First: Commitment to Resolution No. 1415 dated 16-12-2021 issued by the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the Follow-up Committee on Preventive Coronavirus measures
Second: Commitment to the content of the joint decision issued by the Ministries of Tourism and Interior and Municipalities No. 262 dated 25-02-2009, especially with regard to the dates for stopping sounds and closure, and with regard to equipping institutions with insulators to control the sound within, and not disturb the neighborhood.
Compliance with Annex No. 10 of Resolution No. 52/1 dated 9/12/1996 issued by the Ministry of Environment, especially with regard to the permissible limits of sound intensity, as follows:
Residential areas:
Weekdays: (Fridays, Saturdays and holidays), the sounds of music and artistic performances must stop at one after midnight, and the complete closure should be at two after midnight.
The rest of the week: The sounds of music and artistic performances must stop at twelve (midnight), and the complete closure shall be at the first after midnight.
Note that the maximum permissible sound intensity is 55 decibels.
Non-residential areas: (which are at least 500 meters away from any residential building):
Weekdays: (Fridays, Saturdays and holidays), the sounds of music and artistic performances must stop at half past two after midnight, with a complete closure at three thirty after midnight.
The rest of the week: the sounds of music and artistic performances must stop at half past midnight, provided that the complete closure is at two thirty after midnight.
Note that the maximum permissible sound intensity is 65 decibels.
