Coffee and tea reduce risk of dementia and stroke

A study from Harvard Health found out, that adding coffee and tea to the diet was associated with a reduced risk of dementia and stroke.
Compared with people who did not drink any tea or coffee, they found that drinking two to three cups of coffee per day, or three to five cups of tea per day, or drinking the compound from four to six cups per day was associated with the lowest risk of stroke and dementia. .
