Fast spreading and evasiveness…here’s Omicron sub-variant

While scientists had expected that after “Omicron” the world would witness the beginning of the end of the Corona pandemic, a new mutant called “BA.2” appeared, and one of its characteristics is rapid spread and evasiveness. This strain is more transmissible than BA.1, and also possesses immune evasive properties which reduced protection despite vaccination. What is this variable? And what are its symptoms?

The BA2 strain has genetic mutations that researchers worry may make it more difficult to identify compared to the BA1 strain, so what is the truth about the inability of some “Covid-19” tests to detect it?

What about the effectiveness of vaccines against these strains?

So, the good news is that vaccines and the booster doses still “protect people from hospitalization and death.” Hence, we stress the importance of the vaccine, as it seems that this virus continues to spread and develop.
